Diploma Rewrite Registration Info & Deadlines

Students who are retaking courses will NOT be automatically registered. Students must register themselves for diploma exams online using myPass or by paper using the Diploma Examination Registration/Rewrite Fee Payment Form.

A student is considered to be rewriting a diploma exam if they have previously written that diploma exam any time during the current school year or within the two previous school years.

To ensure that a diploma exam and label are available at the school, students MUST register & pre-pay their rewrite fees by the established deadlines. The deadlines are:  

Accommodations and Provisions

All students are permitted twice the official time limit to write the diploma exam, if they need it. If students require other provisions or accommodations (i.e. audio, large print, coloured paper) they must see an assistant principal before the accommodation deadline listed below. If you have any questions regarding special accommodations, please come to the Administration office for details.  

Diploma Exam Results

Students writing diploma exams can access their results on myPass approximately 3-4 weeks after the administration of diploma exams. The results for exams written in the 2025-2026 school term will be released approximately:
