Career and Academic Support

IMG 1396 300 x 200Located on the top floor of CHC, the Student Support & Career Centre (SSCC) is integral to the work we do to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals. Teachers use the SSCC as a key support and intervention - sharing timely concerns and information about their students.

Career practitioners and counselors ensure all students at CHC have an opportunity to explore their career and post-secondary plans through a school-wide initiative called “uBook”. The uBooks become an important artifact in keeping students on track and focused on their goals; as a living document, the uBook provides guidance, skills and insights that students can access throughout their time at CHC.

The SSCC (406B) is open to all students from 8 am - 3:30 pm.
