Are you 19 years of age or younger as of September 1, 2019?
Have you attended or had access to 3 years of high school?
Have you completed all of your high school at an Edmonton Public School? (i.e. Queen Elizabeth, Jasper Place, Ross Sheppard, etc)

Centre High Campus registers students year round. 

If you are a student that currently or previously attended high school with the Edmonton Public School Board (EPSB), you may qualify to register online; see section at the top of this page. 

Non EPSB students (i.e. Edmonton Catholic, Sturgeon, another province or country) will register in-person at one of our registration sessions. Please call 780-425-6753 during regular business hours to book your appointment; dates are listed below.

To ensure your application can be processed, you MUST bring the following items with you when you register: 

  • IDENTIFICATION: EITHER of the following forms of identification:
    • A Canadian Birth Certificate AND a piece of government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License or Alberta Identification Card); OR
    • Any ONE of the following: Canadian Passport, Indian Status Card, or Permanent Residency/Citizenship document. All documents must have valid dates, not expired. If your PR has expired, bring the documents proving that you have applied to renew. Please note that we cannot accept Alberta Health Care Cards or Social Insurance Cards as identification.
  • MARKS:
    • Students coming from a school anywhere in Alberta are asked to obtain a Detailed Academic Report available through the MyPass Website (myPass.alberta.ca). 
    • Students coming from outside of Alberta are asked to provide a transcript from their previous high school.
  • PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT (only for students under 18 years of age):

Without proper documentation, your registration may be delayed. If this represents a difficulty, please call the school at 780-425-6753.

Mandatory Fees:

Textbook Rental - $75 (refundable)
Textbooks are required for some classes and deposits must be paid in order to receive texts. Textbooks will be signed out with your teacher and recorded at Financial Services.

ERCP & Physical Education - $26.50/month
Fees of $26.50/month are payable to the YMCA for the months of the program.

ERCP Prep & Level 1: $17

ERCP Level 2: $110

Optional Resources & Services:

Bus Passes

Subsidized ETS bus pass fees are $19 or $60 per month based on where the student resides. Click for details: 2019-20 Bus Fees.  Bus passes are available for purchase from 8 am - 2 pm at the Finance office; exact dates will be broadcast on CHC's Daily News slideshow. Students must present a current student ID card at time of purchase. Bus passes are NOT available for summer classes.

*Please note there is NO student parking available.

DIPLOMA EXAMS

ALL students REWRITING diploma exams MUST pre-pay and register DIRECTLY with Alberta Education by the established deadlines to ensure an exam and label will be supplied to the school for the diploma writing session. 

NOTE: Centre High does not collect fees for diploma exam rewrites

Fee Payment

All students can make fee payments, timetable changes, purchase September bus passes and have ID photos taken when they pick up their timetables on August 29 and August 30, 2018 between 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.
